You won’t find any of these promises with other hoop manufacturers. In fact, we stand behind our basketball systems and guarantee great performance for a lifetime of play-even down to the nuts and bolts.

Accessory 90-Day Limited Warranty
We take pride in all the great accessories we make. It’s why we provide a 90-day warranty for a full replacement if something has gone wrong with a product during normal use.
PRODUCT RETURNS
If you need to make a return, keep these steps in mind for a smooth process.
7 day return policy
If it’s an unused product, you have seven (7) days to ship the item back for a refund. (All sales are final for custom pole pad lettering.)
Contact mega slam
Contact Mega Slam right away about the product you need to return and tell us a little about why you’re returning it.
Get a return number
We will then issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). We will not be able to accept any returns unless you have this number.
Return to mega slam
Return any unused products in original unopened boxes. Your refund will be processed after the merchandise arrives at Mega Slam.
